Based on an old French gouache painting, Halliana recreates the plant’s lush and fragrant blooms. A goliath for the gardener, but nonetheless enchanting, the Japanese honeysuckle is known for its unbridled growth, making it notoriously difficult to rein in. In its zeal to flourish, it overcomes any measures taken to hold it back, unfolding in a sensuous dance that is as slow and delicate as it is encompassing.
